A Nigerian bishop serving a diocese under threat from Boko Haram has said that faith is more important than fear.
But he said the terrorist group has wreaked terrible damage in the area.
“Fear will always come. But then, as a believer, the faith overshadows the fear,” said Bishop Oliver Dashe Doeme of Maiduguri in an interview with the Madison Catholic Herald, a publication serving the church in southeastern Wisconsin.
